Items in stock are typically shipped out within 2 business days. Normal orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Confirmation of shipment date from the postal service will be emailed to you. Priority mail typically arrives in two to four business days within the United States. If you require faster service, please call us at 703-313-8898.

We strive to keep our website updated with accurate on-hand availability. Infrequently, an item may be out of stock. When this occurs, we will contact you with an approximate back order ship date.

Every fabric used in the design of Reese Li baby bags is carefully selected for its color, texture, durability, and beauty. Many of the fabrics we use are already pretreated with a stain protectorant, but please treat with care to extend the life of your bag.

We recommend warm water and mild soap on a clean cloth for removing most common stains. Please be certain to thoroughly test an inconspicuous area prior to actual stain removal to avoid uncontrollable variations in material reaction. After washing, allow to air dry. Cotton fabric bags can be ironed to refresh the look of your bag. Iron on high cotton steam setting. Bags made of synthetic fabrics can simply be wiped clean with a damp cloth or hand washed with mild soap and warm water.
return & exchange policy
Products can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after purchase. Items must be in unused and original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and items should be mailed back with tracking. Sorry, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

repair policy
Quality and customer satisfaction are of utmost concern to us and we stand behind all of our products. We will gladly handle any repairs that are the result of a manufacturing defect free of charge. Please contact our customer service department for assistance. Typical turn-around time for repairs is two to three weeks. Fabric bags do wear over time. We will be happy to recommend solutions for improving a bag's condition if general wear and tear has diminished its appearance.
previous seasons
Each baby bag style is handmade as a limited edition. Since relatively small quantities of each bag are produced, once it sells out, it is difficult to find. On rare occasion, we may have an item still located in one of our boutique stores, so please contact our customer service department with your request.
